I am Jay Kelly. My wife, Phyllis and I are from Liberty, Texas. I race in the IMOW Class. My number is 70A, just like my age. My passion is photography. The sport of lawnmower racing goes along well with photography. My nephew, Doyal Rice, introduced me into the lawnmower racing world. I began racing with the Cajun Mower Racing Association in 2011 and now I race with the LSMRA also. I look forward to stepping up to the S/P Class so I can race against Doyal.
