I am Les Neel, #979. My wife, Anna Neel, raced as a fill in for a race in 2012. After I saw and “heard” about how much fun she had, I decided I had to try it. My A/P Class mower formerly belonged to “legendary” John Nelson (see his profile). I believe that, although he didn’t know me at the time, his mower was built for me. It just fits. When I know we are going to the races, I know that we have a lot of prepartion ahead (getting the track ready with our equipment AND taking it down after the races), but I look forward to it ALL. Of course, racing is the best part. I have my children to cheer me on … and their Mom. We started out racing in the same class, but we now race in different classes.
